Am i faint positive or having good amount of hcg level? One most issue right now with me is i m having burning sensations whole day ? What med or liquid i should take to control this burning issue.

Looks like it’s positive, in order to confirm get serum beta hcg blood test done. It will show accurately.
Next Steps
Coming to burning sensation: if you are having burning while urination then drink plenty of water at least 3-4 litres per day, syrup citralka 15 ml with glass of water thrice daily for 5 days.And get urine examination done. If you are having burning sensation in the upper part of your stomach region: even then drink plenty of water 3-4 litres per day, while sleeping head in little elevation with 2 pillows under the head, take syrup gelusil as when needed.
