Surgeon removed infected teeth leaving small portion behind telling its difficult to removed and assuring that he had already removed infected portion but again getting severe pain in left out portion around........please suggest.

Hello. Would recommend you to visit and get an X-ray done and consult for an opinion. Without the X Ray evaluation it's difficult to understand what has been left behind.
