Poop consistency

Sir actually my question is I don't remember before 3 years but from last 2-3 years I need to poop 2-3 Times in a day the stool looks normal but I am asking because normally people go for 1 time only I need to poop 2-3 Times I not fully  satisfied with 1 time I will go 1 time in morning then 1 time at 4 pm and sometimes 1 before sleeping and sometimes not only 2 times I am on diabetes and high bp medication from last 5 years and taking rebez dsr from last 2 years

I suggest you should not disturb this habit of going to the toilet more than once in a day. These days more people are suffering because of constipation rather than going for motion twice. You should accept it.

If it's so much watery then it's time to change the diet which r u taking now . Take less spicy and fatty food . Take protein food in diet. Take sprout . For treatment plant i need your complete history . So take consultation .
