Polycystic renal disease Female, 28 My sister , who is ill with UTI, checks by ultrasound and refer us to CT scan. After shown the results says like this. Features are of bilateral renal masses infiltrating the liver capsule with background of polycystic renal disease and matadtasis to spine and pelvic bones. Note Ultrasound guided renal biopsy
