Can anyone please enlighten me more about the result of my utz. uterus: 3.8 x 4.1 x 3.2 cm anteverted endometrium: 0.9 cm Iso right ovary: 3.6 x 2.6 x 2.9 cm lateral left ovary: 3.3 x 3.1 x 2.7 cm posterior within both ovaries are multiple peripherally located anechoic cyst meas. less than 1cm with dense stroma. Diagnosis: no fluid in the cul de sac. normal uterus with intact endometrium. polycystic ovaries.
