I have been diagnosed with PCOD and I am taking devery. Now I want to concieve.should I stop medicine?

Complete the course ,visit the gynaec on 2nd day  and take help of medicines prescribed by her/him Sometimes PCOS patient's ovulate irregularly,so it is better to take a gynaec's help for concieving
