PCOD is a lifestyle disease. Have proper diet (quality,quantity and timing all matter) Exercise daily for 1 hr Reduce stress Reduce weight if obese Minimum of  six months  continuous , will see change. Medical treatment is required for patients with out of control situation , very deranged hormonal tests  and other lab tests and bothersome physical symptoms and infertility
