Poly cyst in ovary

Ro-4.5x3,2x1.5cm, volume 1 lcc. Lo- 4.8x3.2x1.5cm, volume 12cc. Both ovaries bulky in size showing multiple small follicles arranged peripherally with increased stromal component. And having pain near the ovary by doing movement and slight laughing. Kindly go through USG report
