I accidentally poked my eye after removing the protective lens. Is this harmful? I dont see any pain or redness in my eye.

Poking eye can cause certain injury to crucial parts of eye like cornea or conjunctiva . Usually it is associated with pain and redness. But absence of any symptoms doesn’t mean everything is ok. It would be better to go for complete eye examination under slit lamp machine. In the meanwhile you can use lubricant eye drops which are available over the counter.
Next Steps
Visit the clinic for complete eye check up
Health Tips
Donot rub eyes.
