Pms getting worse

I'm married around 4 years back , don't have kids yet. Nowadays my pms getting worse with severe nausea, back pain , thigh pain and sometimes burning sensation or pain in stomach . Last year I did transvaginal ultrasound , everything is fine. Nowadays nausea is really disturbing me .please help.
