Plz tell me surgery is necessary aur it can be cure by medicines plz help me out. Because in 2019 because of ovarian tumor I lost my left ovary.

Needs further evaluation To find out the nature of the cyst U need mri pelvis Ca 125 Neoplastic means cancer If that be the case u definitely need surgery

Please get the CA 125 test done. You are 34 years old. You didn't mention the number of children you have. If you don't want more children then it is better to go for Surgery after getting the ROMA assessment done. If you want more children then this is the time to plan your next pregnancy . Don't waste time.
