If u want to increase ur endometrial thickness..u must hv bn told by some doctor that this s the reason of u not being able to conceive.. I would like to hv a detailed history and see ur reports as well.. Injections and medication both can be given.. But an advise is possible only when u initiate an online direct consult..as i need to know details.. Medication are given in correlation with ur menstrual cycles and serial ultrasound are needed alongside too.
