Is there any treatment available for UCL partial tear without surgery..My doctor suggested me for Tommy jhon surgery.i am a professional cricketer.i m suffering from lot of pain and can't extend the hand fully plz suggest me something..i read in some of article about PRP(platelet rich plasma) injection can help.plz help me.

You can try PRP injection, it does nonharmonic but may inturn rescue your injured Wrist.
