Hi Sir,  i am having severe body ache, weakness and  headache from last 3 days but not having any fever.  Please help should I go for dengue testing are these the symptoms of dengue as Lil confused because not having any fever I do always have gas problems or these are due to gastic problem. PLEASE HELP

fever may not always be there in dengue.  please visit local physician and get evaluated  and treated ASAP.
