What is the most clinically expeditious method to differentiate hypergastrinemia due to gastrinoma from gastrin elevation due to PPI therapy?

You need to do UGI scopy CECT Scan Abdomen n Pelvis and Fasting serum gastrin after stopping PPI for 2 weeks. Kindly consult with symptomatology and reports.
