One of cousin is suffering from high cholesterol.. Sometimes he feel anxiety His plus rate is 46 I attached ecg

Ecg showing sinus bradycardia. Rule out if he is on beta blocker medication for BP. If not, needs to be EVALUATED. Id he is athlete or does sternous activity, nothing to worry.
