Hello doctors I am attaching my ultrasound. I was having very bad pain in left lower abdomen yesterday along with bleeding. I had delivered baby on 9 June via c section. I feel like I am not able to pee completely and something is left behind whenever I pee. Plss suggest me what is the exact problem.
