Hi., I can understand your concern. It is normal. If it reduces below 70, Need to check with your diabetic medicine dose if you're having diabetes. If you're not diabetic, make sure you are taking balanced diet.

Depends on wether u have diabetes or not and ur symptoms If u don’t have diabetes, then this sugar is normal, if u have then need to adjust medication
