Wheat grass is a sprout version of wheat seeds, which are rich in micronutrients and vitamins. Whereas Bermuda grass is as per my knowledge the "durva grass" , Cynodon dactylon(latin name). In Indian it us religiously related to god Ganesha, and are offered to him. Per ayurveda it has its astringent effect, and helps in diabetes, and gynecological usage in UTI( urinary tract infection), PCOS, improve digestion, improves skin and oral issues.
