This report indicates that double Marker test is positive or high probability to the tune of 1:56 of trisomy 18 in the foetus... I would like you to go for NT NB scan to see for any soft markers of down syndrome
Next Steps
it is better if you could get done a NIPT test or non invasive prenatal testing to be very sure that everything is alright or not
