Your daily blood sugar readings look okay, but HbA1c is showing hidden sugar spikes, possibly after meals or at night. HbA1c of 7.7% means your sugar control has worsened, possibly due to: Hormonal changes after miscarriage Irregular eating or hidden carbs Less activity or changes in medication Stress from IVF and loss
Next Steps
. Consult your diabetologist — you may need to: Resume or adjust Metformin dose or other medicines Consider checking post-meal sugars 1 and 2 hours after eating to catch spikes
Health Tips
Start a strict diabetic meal plan — especially watch dinner and snacks Recheck HbA1c after 3 months Add 30 minutes of light walking daily, if possible
