Both reports are showing cancer growth in Urinary bladder. In first report prostate is normal but in second report it’s showing mild enlargement with some significant residual urine because of this prostate enlargement. In short patient need Cystoscopy and TURBT (resection of bladder tumour) surgery and May be some medication for prostate . If you want more information then please consult with a urologist.
