I had my prostate cyst removal operation 1 week ago...I'm attaching my biopsy report ...please summarise my report in simple words 🙏 and please tell me is it a cancer?? And if it is , then which stage ?? Please guide me

As per what is in the path report, This is not a cancer (malignancy). You can follow up with urologist itself. However I assume these were the only lesions in prostate and no other lesions were there (I have not seen the MRI report)
