Please suggest ors for 5months baby

Baby is doing loose motion since a week now, he is formula fed baby ,he 5 months old, what ors for baby can I give my baby? , we have introduced rice cerelac to him, there after he is doing loose stools, please suggest which ors can I give him and in what quantity of water should I mix the ors in???

Relyte RTU Or electral powder small pkt mix with 200 ml of  water given as much as want Z& d ds drop 0.5 ml od for 14 days
