Dear,doctor I got fever yesterday night, followed by feeling extreme cold due to cold climate. I took synarest tablet and slept off.today morning I am feeling little good. I had diagnosed myself little  dark yellow urination.i consulted local doctor with MBBS he diagnosed me and said to take ors water as I found low BP, then he said to take tablets nobel, zenflox-200,and calpol for fever. Please suggest me should I consume zenflox 200 as per doctor suggestion. I find this tablet has some side effects on internet. I don't have any pain in stomach, no mucuse ,no  cold and cough. Just I have fever.

Zenoflox is ofloxacin which is an antibiotic which is prescribed by your treating doctor mostly due to the fact that you showed symptoms of urinary tract infection, there is minimal side effects associated with the medicine, which is usually seen among antibiotics, side effects occur only in very few cases. The sinarest tablet that you had as well has side effects. So unless you have any allergic reaction to the medicine it is safe to consume it. Continue the treatment as stated by your treating doctor, consume plenty of fluids drink a minimum of 3 liters per day. If the problem persists or worsens visit the ER at the earliest.
