As the report shows the Tumors maximum dimension is 5.9cm it is T3 but reported wrongly as T2, single lymph node positive N1 so it is stage 3...furthure prognosis depends on ER, PR, HER2 testing patient needs standard adjuvant treatment with chemotherapy, usually 6-8 cycles followed by Adjuvant Radiation..

As per tumor size and single lymph node positivity stage will pT2N1M0. Final stage 2. In breast cancer additional tests like ER, PR, HER2NEU tests to be done in the biopsy specimen. Depending upon the positvity /negativity make impact on cure rate. Usually 6 - 8 cycles of chemotherapy required. In view of single lymph nodes positivity, radiotherapy also required. Overall more than 80% curable(approximately)
Next Steps
need medical oncologist and radiation oncologist opinion for further treatment
