You are having heartburn (acidity) for which you consulted a gastrointestinal specialist who has performed an endoscopy which shows the following Esophagitis Grade B. - inflammation of the esophagus involving only the esophageal folds Sentinel polyp of esophagus - also called as  “reflux gastroesophageal polyps.”  GE flap valve hills grade III . Based on the above findings it is clear that you are suffering from gastroesophageal Reflux disease causing the heartburn. I would like to prescribe you anti ulcer medications to effectively treat the  condition but I need to ask you a few more questions to prescribe the correct medications as most of these medications have side effects.
