I am also Past MDR TB patient 2019 -2021 and take proper treatment and feeling good then my doctor close all medicine. And now few days coughing with blood morning and some time evening few amount > 20 ml

Most of changes are looking like post infective sequelae/ scars. But some areas of lung lesions appears be new , so need to rule out active infection or Tuberculosis. Able expectorate- sputum to be sent for investigations Not able to- Bronchoscopy advised. Above opinion subject to further clinical information from the patient .
