Report is not normal. The patient has inflamation of the urinary bladder may be because of bacterial infection. Inflamation of prostate also even this can be infective in nature. Liver is slightly enlarged and spleen is also enlarged. As i don't know anything about his symptoms so can't suggest any thing. Doctor's treat patients not the report. He needs to undergo some blood test's.
