I have come to terms with it, that this is the area which constantly irritates me by touching my upper molars! Like i feel there is a constant rub all the time! I have tried warm water rinses but it doesn't work! This isn't painful & i have ruled out any glad/ duct issues by doctors, but this irritates me! Is there any less invasive procedure at all to get this small so that it doesn't touches my molars or I don't feel anything? Is there any medication or any procedure for this? Please see the picture

A thorough physical examination by the dentist would help to assess the underlying cause. The dentist will then recommend you the treatment options based upon the diagnosis.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist as soon as possible and get a correct diagnosis done.

Based on your description and the picture you provided, it appears that the area in question might be the tissue around the duct papilla, which can sometimes get irritated or inflamed. It's important to note that without a direct examination, it's challenging to provide a precise diagnosis or recommend a specific treatment. However, I can offer some general suggestions: Consult with a dental professional: Schedule an appointment with a dentist or an oral surgeon who can evaluate the area more closely and provide a proper diagnosis. They will be able to determine the exact cause of the irritation and suggest appropriate treatment options. Orthodontic evaluation: In some cases, if the irritation is caused by misaligned teeth or an improper bite, orthodontic treatment may be recommended. By correcting the alignment, the constant contact or rubbing against the upper molars could be alleviated. Medications: Depending on the diagnosis, your dentist or oral surgeon may prescribe medications such as topical gels, mouth rinses, or anti-inflammatory drugs to help reduce the irritation and discomfort. Laser treatment: In certain situations, laser therapy can be used to reshape or reduce the size of the tissue causing the irritation. This is a minimally invasive procedure that can provide relief by adjusting the contour of the tissue. Remember, these are general suggestions, and the best course of action would be to consult with a dental professional who can assess your specific situation and recommend the most appropriate treatment option for you.
