Please review the KFT and EGFR reports

I frequently have swelling or puffiness around the eyes only , when I take citrezine tablet it get back to normal , still for the safer side I took kft today Creatinine is 0.8 EGFR is 123 Normal range for EGFR is 100 to 110 PFA for the reports Should I worry about this ? Please answer
