My mother blood sugar level is fasting 76 and pp 102. She takes Amryal2 and Galvusmat 50/500 daily. Is this ok?.

Yes, currently the medicine combination seems to be working well for her. However: A few points to consider: 1. Fasting sugar (76) is at the lower edge—keep an eye out for signs of hypoglycemia (weakness, sweating, dizziness). 2. If she ever skips meals or has reduced appetite, her medication dosage (especially Amaryl) may need review. 3. Continue regular monitoring (at least once a week fasting/PP), and check HbA1c every 3 months.

Hi, So I understand that with these medicines her sugars are under control. In that case you should continue the medicines. Also, do consider starting her on regular exercise and a calorie counted diet. If you do that, you will.be able to stop some of her medicines
