Hie this radiograph is not so clear.. it has got overlapped images..could you describe your symptoms that you are experiencing?? Or get the rvg xray rather than opg?

By looking at attached x ray it seems like there is inter dental carious, Which need to be evaluated properly. And their is no proper history. So consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

Both the teeth are involved proximally . In this case a proper xray and pt complaint needed.

Hi, Thank you for your query. The X ray shows a previous restoration on the tooth which is marked. Even attempting to redo the filling will lead to pulpal exposure, so this tooth (46) has to be treated with root canal followed by a crown.
