Hello doctors Please let me know what kind of those red spots are .because while passing stools those causes tickling pinching effect .after washing its there for few mins and it goes... Sometimes the area become automatic moist so i just spray water there. I use to suffering from internal piles using anosum as well as proctosydyl creams that tym nothing happens as i leave the use of cream it appears and it is present for long term.
