Your Hb is very low. Take syp maltviron 10ml morning and evening for 6 to 8 weeks. Take more of fresh green leafy vegetables,  pumpkin,  beetroot,  fruits like pomegranate, water melon, berries,  figs, citrus fruits like orange, kiwi.

Hb is low, surgery is usually possible when Hb is above 10gm% , you need to start Tablet iron and folic acid along with Vitamin-C for at-least 30days. Take iron rich foods and vegetables. Repeat the CBC report on next month. If surgery is mandatory or want in emergency basis can proceed with blood transfusion. Thank you
