Please help me from the pain and UTI

I am suffering from UTI and severe lower abdominal pain. Doctor suggested me to have Ceptum 500 and urispas for 5 days . I have completed the course but no improvement at all. Doctor asked me to take Ceptum 500 for another 5 days along with urispas. But no improvement is there. The pain is unbearable and I m not in further state to visit her again. Moreover I have residual urine of 66ml as in sonography report as well my urine culture reports suggests having Klebsiella Pneumoniae. Please help me from the pain and UTI . I m begging u as pain is unbearable

Need to change antibiotic according to culture If still problem persist Have to rule out stricture by doing uroflowmetry as PVR is high

Hello mam You need upgrade of antibiotics and few medicines to control the symptoms. Ultrasound is normal not to worry. Please connect for further discussion
