If i will always think i am not well and have problem in my body then will i feel it even more and negative?? And why do i feel i am always unwell...3 months back i had acid reflux problem in which i use to get my heart rate high at times...so got ecg n echo done and it was normal but since then i am always feeling scared to stay alone that something will happen to me and all...i over think alot
