I have a lump around my anus that sometimes itches and know hurts...I’ve had problems with constipation before..I don’t drink water much either

TAB SIGMOFALM TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE DAYS. APPLY LOCALLY BETNOVATE N LOCALY THREE TIMES A DAY. O.K
