My power got changed from -2.25 to -2.5, I got my new spectacles with the new Power. I have my old spectacle with -2.25 powet. Ki dly suggest if I can still use the same sincr it is only 0.25 change

Did you check new glasses from Ophthalmologist? If yes then go for new prescription.
