From past 10 days suffering from blood tinged mucus either from nose or throat without coughing Other symptoms are Fever for initial 3days Throat choking in the morning after waking up Nasal congestion and no nasal drainage Have to sniff and spit mucus to clear nasal/sinus passage Clear mucus rest whole day Occasionally have headache Nose pain on touching from 2days Today spit dark coloured bloody mucus after heavy sniffing Picture attached for reference Please help and suggest
