Please check my kidney size

Hello doctor I am having pain in left kidney area I did usg my report was Normal my left kidney size is 112*15mm and my right kidney size is 91*16mm I did my serum creatinine test which is normal am I need to worry I checked the image of scanning in that right kidney scan I think they measure in correct am attaching can u please check and tell me
