Please answer my doubt about rabies

I am staying in PG, from past 3 months, one infected dog is coming inside floor and going inside washroom sitting below water tap . We all are using washroom We are afraid of catching of rabies or some serious infection.... Something happed to dog like big lump on his Anus with bloody fluids discharge, full bad smell Dog didn't bite anyone. It is having fear of human, it will go and come silently, when main door is open Doctor we are really afraid about rabies Especially I am having hypochondriasis anxiety disorder and OCD We don't know whom to contact to take away that dog Please help

Nothing to worry about it rabbies is not generally transmitted by touch just complient about it to your nagar Nigam authorities or municipal authorities

There is almost no chance of contracting rabies if the dog hasn't bitten you but based upon your description it seems the dog is suffering from some prolapse and needs veterinary care so I would recommend calling some local NGO to help him out
