Hello, I went through your query, from your query, it looks that you are suffering from deviated nasal septum, which causes swelling of nasal turbinates in more roomy nostril. Septoplasty is a surgical procedure done to correct it. It is done by ENT surgeon. Please consult a Ent surgeon.
