What are the diseases that look like Multiple Myeloma? (my bone marrow biopsy shows plasma cell discrasia, have high kappa-chains, high beta2microglobulins, high m-band in gamma region, high esr, low rbc-hb, suffering from only anemia, no other symptoms means no bone lession, no kidney damage). I am confused. Pls help.
