I am 27 yr old female and planning to conceive. My weight is 68 and height is 5.1 feet. I recently checked by
vitamin levels. I am having hypothyroidism from past 13 years. I am using thyronorm 88 and my
tsh used to be below 2. From past few months, my tsh fluctuates between 3.9 and 4.8 with the same dosage. I am also using folvite 5 mg and tayo cal and vit d3 as prescribed by my endocrinologist. My vit d is currently 22.5,
B12 is 207 pg/ ml. But the
prolactin is 68. My BP is also fluctuating between 130/80 to 132/76. My
Hba1c is 5.7. I need good suggestions to improve my health so that I can conceive with good health. I also get heart palpitations sometimes. Awaiting for suggestions
