I conceive naturally in dec 2024 however in Jan 2025 unfortunately I suffered from miscarriage now again I am planning my pregnancy but unable to get positive results hence I consult to dr.and they prescribed  month of jun I am taking Q gold f once in a day now dr has prescribed to take letoval 2.5 mg from 17 july to 21 st july 2025 twice in a day also prescribed pregafem sr 200 from 1 Aug to 10 Aug 2025 also instructed to intercourse from the time 24 july 2025 to 05 Aug 2025 ... Can you please confirm will I get positive results after following all the dose and instructions.also please note my periods date 15 july 2025
