Hello sir,
Plaque formation may cause bad breathe .
You are not able to clean it because it is calculus hard deposits . Calcified plaque is called calculus .
This cannot be removed by brushing .
It requires removal by dentist through proper scaling.
And after that you have to maintain by learning proper brushing technique , brushing Twice daily ,use of mouthwash, and use of dental floss.
Scaling and polishing and reviews for the treatment is required after every 6 months.
