I have plague in teeth and it is not going. It causes bad breath and bleeding gums. Kindly advise how to get rid of it.

Hello sir, Plaque formation may cause bad breathe . You are not able to clean it because it is calculus hard deposits . Calcified plaque is called calculus . This cannot be removed by brushing . It requires removal by dentist through proper scaling. And after that you have to maintain by learning proper brushing technique , brushing Twice daily ,use of mouthwash, and use of dental floss. Scaling and polishing and reviews for the treatment is required after every 6 months.
