I told him I used Placida for 1 month. Doctors Please help me to in the situation should I start taking Placida or Nexito Forte. Earlier couple of months back I've used trika .25 Mg for 1 month. I understand your concern about becoming dependent on anxiety medicines. Medicines like Placida or Nexito Forte are generally not addictive when taken as prescribed, unlike medicines such as Trika (alprazolam), which are usually meant for short-term use.Try taking plain nexito only as it doesn't contain any BZD if you don't have any other anxiety symptoms. Since your endoscopy is normal, stress and anxiety can sometimes worsen acid reflux, and some people may also have associated Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), where the gut becomes more sensitive despite normal tests. Along with medications, try eating smaller frequent meals, avoid spicy/oily foods, caffeine and late-night meals, and practice stress management. Please follow the medication advised by your treating doctor and discuss any concerns before making changes on your own.

You can start Nexito Forte as advised by your doctor. It is not habit-forming and does not cause dependence like Trika (alprazolam). It may take 2–4 weeks to show benefit. Continue regular follow-up with your treating doctor and don't stop it abruptly without medical advice.

Thank you for sharing this. I know it isn't always easy to talk about personal struggles, so I'm glad you reached out. I would recommend a detailed psychiatric consultation to understand the underlying cause and discuss the best treatment plan for you. If you need further guidance or would like to discuss your concerns in detail, feel free to reach on https://topmate.io/drarchana_agarwal/ I'd be happy to help you.
