Placenta Grade 3 at 35 week

In Doppler scan at 35 week Placenta cephalic presentation posterior and placenta Grade 3 all other thing are normal in that report. I seen on Internet that grade 3 should be beyond 37 week. My doctor said nothing in that concern.
