On one side at edge of my left bum opening there is a bright pink flat patch i noticed Not causing any issue but wanted to know I went horse riding for first time. Could it be a saddle sore?

It can be a saddle sore.Since no pain or discharge,you can just apply antibiotic ointment there.Stop cycling, horse riding etc till it heals
